You butter believe it.

We’re beyond excited to share that Instacart has been named one of the top 15 global employer brands in Hired’s 2019 Global Brand Health Report. Hired, a marketplace that matches tech talent with innovative companies, surveyed more than 3,600 tech workers to rank the top places to work around the world. The survey evaluated areas such as company culture, values, flexibility and opportunities to learn new skills.

As shared by Hired in a blog post, the companies that made the list are “changing the way we operate, validating our findings: tech talent want to contribute meaningful work and create impact that will make a material difference to the business.”

At Instacart, we value cultivating a nurturing, supportive and inclusive environment that allows all of our employees to thrive. We believe inclusive culture is like a potluck — everyone brings something new, different and flavorful to our table.

We’re proud to make our debut on the list and honored to be in such great company. Read the full report here.

We’re always looking for more folks to join our table. Learn more about our current openings, and be sure to apply if you find any roles ap-peel-ing. 🍌
