At Instacart one of our values is to serve generously, and that extends to all the communities where we live and work. Our Employee Impact Programs are designed to empower employees to give back and support the causes they care about. These initiatives include an annual donation match program, volunteer rewards, and “Carrot Credits,” which provide donation funds to new hires on their first day and to employees celebrating their work anniversaries. We also host virtual volunteer sessions as part of our new hire onboarding, making it easy for employees to start giving back from day one.
