How We Spent Our "Self-Checkout"

Last week we signed off for our second company-wide Self Checkout.
Knowing how difficult it can be to hit the pause button during busy times, we introduced Self-Checkout to give us a chance to step away and take the time we need to rest and recharge.
Whether that's spending time with family and friends, checking off a destination on the travel bucket list, or enjoying the great outdoors – this time was designed for our employees to fully sign off and do something they love, because we know that work is just one of the ingredients of a full life.
Take a peek below for a glimpse into how our employees checked out for Self-Checkout.
“Hiked to the top of Mount Ka'ala, O'ahu's highest point and an understandably sacred spot.”
“In Hilton Head, SC with (my) family!”
“Biking at Toronto Island!”
“I spent time in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with dear friends (human and animal). Hiking, horseback, hot tub, and enjoying great wine under a sky full of stars while fully unplugged set my mind at ease. Rhythms of rest are vital to our wellbeing, and I'm grateful to be at a company that creates space for us all to recharge.”
“I went on a road trip to Cleveland with my 2 sons to check out a Guardians Game and visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Quick stop at Niagara Falls on the way back for a Maid of the Mist ride.”
“Camping in the Sierra National Forest!”

“Beach, camping in the backyard, and hanging out!”

“I spent Self-Checkout on a hiking trip in the Adirondacks! I was able to cross Mount Marcy and a couple other High Peaks off the list!"
