Manage your Last Mile Deliveries in the Instacart Last Mile Delivery Operations Dashboard

Instacart

Instacart is proud to power fulfillment operations for retailers across the entire customer journey. As part of our mission to partner with retailers and deliver delightful e-commerce experiences to consumers, we’re excited to launch the self service Last Mile Delivery Operations Dashboard for our retail partners who utilize Instacart’s Last Mile Delivery fulfillment services.

Instacart's Last Mile Delivery operations dashboard

This new dashboard enables retailers to better manage the final mile customer support experience, by providing resources to address order issues. By providing retailers with the following functionality, we expect to eliminate the need for 35% of customer support calls:

  • Order List: View, sort, and filter orders and see current status (example - received, batched, shopping, in transit)
  • Order Details: ID, Date, Store ID, Address, Delivered State/Date, Bag count, Item Count, Estimated pickup and delivery times, and Weight
  • Shopper Location: A live driver map updated periodically
